At what stage do you wire your dollhouse?

I am building my first dollhouse and I’m at the point where all I have left is to put in the doors and windows and a few shingles left on the roof. I plan on painting every room inside except 1 (wallpaper), should I paint before I run the wires through, or should I go ahead and do wires or what? Every site I visit says something different. Thanks in advance

I’d wire it now, before paint and wall paper. Then you will not damage any of that work. If you’re drilling, it will be easire to dust or vacuum out the saqw dust too. Made one years ago for my daughters : )
