How can I make my room more my personality?

I am gonna be 14 soon. My room was done when we first got our present house when I was 6. I have “busy” wallpaper (thats what my older sister says) It is white and it has different color flowers on it and a border of birds and bird houses. I don’t think I can get it painted because my Dad says it was expensive… I don’t really care about that I guess.
It just reminds me so much of my past when I was 6… stuffed animals, doll house, and other stuff. Now I am into Golf, Music, Books, and other stuff.

Well, best thing to do would be to rip the wallpaper down… its hard to cover up busy wallpaper. Painting isn’t that expensive… it just depends on how much paint you need. If you only need two gallons it would be under $40, you could babysit to get that money. Donate your unused toys to goodwill, and clean up any clutter.

Pick your 2 favorite colors and paint your room… if your into golf you could paint the bottom half of your room green and the top sky blue, making it resemble a golf course so you’re in your happy place, or, paint your walls all the same color, and use chalk paint to write on your walls, your favorite book quotes or music quotes, it could be your new boarer!
